Holidays & PTO
Full-time supported doctors enjoy the flexibility to take time off when it best fits their lifestyle, needs, and coverage plans. Supported practices observe six paid holidays annually, and full-time team members are eligible to accrue at least two weeks of PTO per year.

Doctor Mastery Program
Open to all Heartland Dental supported doctors, this comprehensive 5-year program consists of clinical and business training facilitated by leading clinicians and industry experts. The goal? Empower you to become the definitive leader in your area while learning about the business of dentistry. Participating doctors who complete all requirements will receive a “mastery bonus” of up to $250,000.
